How do we participate during Covid restrictions?

Lexington Coffee Trail recommends following all state, local, and CDC guidelines. Each shop may be operating differently, so we suggest looking up each shop before visiting.

Where can I get a passport?

Accepted Answer

You can pick up an official printed Passport at any participating coffee shop. Or you can print one at home!

Question 4

What if I go to my first coffee shop and they're out of passports?

Accepted Answer

Bummer. We realize this may happen and we ask that you be flexible with us. Right now the trail is brand new and there may be some growing pains as we see how many passports we need to keep in stock at the shops. 
 
We suggest taking your receipt from your purchase and either re-visting that shop at a later date to get a stamp, or send that receipt in with your passport when you mail it in for your souvenir.

Question 5

What do I have to do to get a stamp?

Visit any participating coffee shop and be a patron! You can purchase any item off their menu to earn that shop's stamp in your passport.

I've collected all my stamps, what now?"

Yay! Your coffee obsession has paid off. Mail your completed passport to the address below, and we'll mail your passport back to you with a free gift.

What if I lose my passport?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Grab another one and have fun drinking more coffee from all the shops.
 
If your passport was complete and you wanted the free completion gift, please mail your information and receipts of purchase at each shop and we will honor your passport. Purchases must be made on or after December 1, 2020.

Does my passport expire?

Nope! Your passport does not expire. Take your time and complete it at your leisure. As coffee shops change, you’re welcome to get those stamps in the back portion of your passport.

What do I get if I complete the passport?

Accepted Answer

Lexington Coffee Trail travelers who collect stamps from all coffee shops will receive a Lexington Coffee Trail reusable coffee sleeve. It's perfect for hot and cold beverages and fits 12 oz.- 20 oz. coffee cups.
